It's been an interesting few weeks for Miami Northwestern defensive tackle Todd Chandler. First he de-committed from the University of Miami. Then he committed to USF. Now he finds himself playing in the Under Armour All-America Football Game this Saturday. Then he has four visits set in the month of January.
