Oklahoma's Wastes No Time for Trojan Commit
With the news of Pete Carroll's departure to Seattle now official schools from around the country are beginning to check the interest of players from the Trojans star-studded class of 2010. While many had focused on the group of high school prospects headed for Troy Oklahoma quickly zeroed in on San Marcos (Calif.) Palomar C.C. offensive tackle Brice Schwab.
The 6-foot-8, 320-pound four-star prospect has fielded a lengthy list of phone calls over the past 72 hours but it was one he recently placed that SoonerScoop.com caught up with him about.
"I've talked to Oklahoma already. A good friend of mine knew a couple of coaches and they said they were interested so I called them and we talked," Schwab said.
