Fairfield Central junior linebacker Ralph Cooper has been flying under many team's radars, but Georgia Tech has the South Carolina native high on their list of 2011 targets. This weekend, Cooper will be in Atlanta for the Yellow Jackets Junior Day and he is looking forward to being on campus again.
