Word of Devin Smith adding a Notre Dame offer to his collection broke this week but the Irish extended that offer about a week ago. It just took some time for the 6-foot-1, 175-pound wide receiver from Massillon, Ohio to hear the news. Smith holds several other offers and plans to check out some schools later this spring. Notre Dame appears to be a possible match.
