Spring football practice at the University of Tulsa is in the books, and while transfer Jameel Owens had a solid showing, he is now playing the waiting game on whether or not he will be granted a hardship waiver and become eligible to play in the 2010 season instead of sitting out one year under NCAA tranfer rules.
