A pair of Clemson's top recruiters, Billy Napier and Chris Rumph, joined forces together in Monroe (GA) Thursday afternoon. They were there to monitor the progress of and evaluate Stephon Tuitt, a jumbo-athlete that received his first scholarship offer, from Clemson, last fall. The 6-foot-5, 260-pounder spoke about his recent guests, his summer plans and schools that stick out right now.
