Defensive end Max Chapman of Ponte Vedra (Fla.) Nease has committed to Northwestern. The 6-foot-3, 230-pounder visited Northwestern for a junior day event last weekend and chose the Wildcats over offers from 19 other FBS schools. Chapman becomes the fifth member of Northwestern's Class of 2011 and its first defensive linemen.
