Troy Niklas is already ahead of the recruiting game. If the 6-foot-7, 241-pound athlete from Anaheim, Calif., wanted to push himself even further in front of the process, which is already down to Notre Dame and Stanford, Niklas could always reserve an official visit date to South Bend for Sept. 25. That's when the Cardinal visits the Irish, providing Niklas with a potential two-for-one visit.
