The Florida Gators football team took Florida Field on Friday night to raise awareness for six Shands-affiliated organizations through a series of strength competitions.

Led by senior linebacker Lorenzo Edwards, the grey team representing STOP! Children's Cancer, Inc. won third annual competition.

After the event, Edwards said the event was incredibly fun to take part in after the grueling off-season workouts.

"It's a great event," he said.
