Take an honest look at the talent of the two teams that will play on Saturday night at Bill Snyder Family Stadium and predicting the winner would appear to be a no-brainer. The Texas Longhorns, based on their athletic talent alone, should toss aside the Kansas State Wildcats. That's what should happen, but if the college football world has learned one thing about the Longhorns this season, it's that they are defying such simplicity.
