Philadelphia linebacker Marcus Collins was getting ready to play college football at Army before picking up a late scholarship offer on Monday. Now, it looks like the 6-foot-0, 215-pound Collins, who attends Monsignor Bonner High School, will likely be headed to the Big Ten this year.

"Iowa extended a scholarship offer yesterday," said Collins. "I haven't committed yet, but I'm definitely leaning that way. I'm scheduled to go out there for a visit this weekend."
