During Notre Dame's labor intensive recruitment of Stephon Tuitt, the Irish coaching staff also got to know Jordan Watkins, a 6-foot-5, 260-pound athlete from Woodward Academy in College Park. Recruiting coordinator Chuck Martin stopped by the school at least four times and offered back in October.
