On Monday evening, good news came on the recruiting front for Rutgers when Don Bosco Prep senior safety Elijah Shumate announced he would be visiting the banks officially in December. Shumate had originally planned to forego an official trip to Rutgers due to his familiarity with the program, but he changed his mind in the recent weeks.
