Linebacker Kenneth O'Neal from South Grand Prairie High School in Grand Prairie, Texas, picked up his first scholarship offer this past weekend after attending junior day at the University of Tulsa. The 6-1, 205-pounder says he's very interested in the Golden Hurricane.
