Frederick Douglass (Md.) receiver Paul Harris continues to climb the recruiting ladder. After solidifying himself as a top regional recruit with early offers from the likes of East Carolina, Maryland, N.C. State and Virginia, the three-star wide-out saw his stock rise even higher when he pulled in an offer from traditional Big 10 power Penn State back in February.

A month later, however, Harris has vaulted onto the national stage.
