Kyle Bosch: Bosch helped create lanes for a St. Francis (3-4) offense that gained 170 yards on the ground in a 14-6 loss to Marmion Academy … The Spartans seek another win at Guerin College Prep Oct. 13.

Jake Butt: Butt snatched seven catches for 95 yards (13.6 yards per reception) and three touchdowns, and added six tackles, including 1.5 for loss, and forced a fumble to lead Pickerington North (7-0) to a 49-27 victory over Reynoldsburg … This season, the tight end has caught 32 passes for 433 yards (13.5 yards per reception) and eight scores … The Panthers travel to Groveport Madison Oct. 12.

Taco Charlton: Charlton was in on 10 tackles, including two tackles for loss and a sack, to spearhead a Pickerington Central (4-2) defense in a 28-7 victory over Grove City … Charlton has amassed 69 tackles, including 16 for loss and six sacks, this season … The Tigers make the trek to Newark Oct. 12.

Gareon Conley: Conley caught five passes for 108 yards (21.6 yards per reception) and two touchdowns, and also made two tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss and a sack, in Massillon's (6-1) 34-14 win against Austintown-Finch … The three-star prospect has accumulated 655 receiving yards and four scores on 32 grabs (20.5 yards per reception), and has contributed 14 tackles, including 1.5 tackles for loss and a sack, and returned an interception for a score … The Tigers welcome Pauline Johnson (Ont.) Maurice Hurst Jr.: Hurst Jr. was a monster at the line of scrimmage, capturing seven ball carriers, including five tackles for loss and three sacks, but Xaverian Brothers (1-5) was baffled by Duxbury 13-0 … The three-star defensive tackle has registered 19 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, eight sacks, and forced two fumbles this year … The Hawks look to bounce back against Everett Oct. 13.

Deveon Smith: Smith bullied the opposition for 146 yards and three touchdowns on 24 carries (6.1 yards per carry) to help conduct a Howland (5-1) 26-7 rout of Poland Seminary … Smith has rushed for 1,023 yards and 14 scores this year … The Tigers battle McKinley at home Oct. 12.

Dymonte Thomas: Marlington (6-0) defeated Minerva 27-8 … Thomas, who suffered an ankle injury a week ago, struggled through pregame warm-ups and was held out of action … Thomas has rushed for 1,015 yards (169.2 yards per game) and 13 touchdowns, and has added 29 tackles and an interception this year … He hopes to return to the gridiron when the Dukes clash with Canton South Oct. 12.
