In less than two weeks Daytona Beach (Fla.) Mainland Rivals250 linebacker Quinton Powell will make his final decision on where he will attend college.


After taking an official visit to Southern Cal this past weekend, Powell, a one time Florida commit, narrowed down his choices to two schools: USC and UF.
