Coordinator Al Borges' wish list was fulfilled offensively

Offensive coordinator Al Borges got everything he wanted in this year's recruiting haul - a strong-armed quarterback that can run his pro-style scheme; nasty, mauling offensive linemen; downhill running backs; versatile tight ends; and rangy, tall receivers. He spoke about Michigan's offensive talent and what to expect from the Wolverines in 2013.

What did you identify in Shane Morris to decide he was the quarterback of the future?

Borges: "We wanted a passer/runner, a kid that could throw the ball first, but we didn't want a kid that would be a statue in the pocket either. So he possesses enough athleticism to get us out of some jams but he has a good enough arm to make all of the throws. He has a real competitive nature to him, which is awesome.
