Following an official visit to Michigan on Sunday, Rivals four-star number 20 defensive tackle Jason Kates noted that the Wolverines were at the top of his list along with Maryland. But with the fast pace of the recruiting process, things have changed quickly for the Harrisburg (PA) Bishop McDevitt star, who has now narrowed his list down to a top-four.
