Cedric Everson took this winter off from playing basketball so that he could work on his speed to help prepare him for his future in college football. The 5-foot-11, 160-pound cornerback from Detroit, Mich., has been busy with track and visits to college campuses. He has already made a stop in South Bend and he could make a return trip to Notre Dame next weekend.
