The state of Texas turns out so much athletic talent each year that it's no surprise that top running back prospects are plentiful each and every year in the Lone Star State. The 2006 class was loaded with top national talent and this year's crop is another impressive group, including Dallas Madison standout Shawnbrey McNeal.
