On Friday the entire Trojan football team held their second early morning workout of the week.
Strength and conditioning Coach Chris Carlisle organized another 6:30 AM conditioning session that pushed the players to their physical limits. USCFootball.com has a full report from campus and an exclusive interview with incoming freshman tailback Emmanuel Moody.
It was a misty, overcast morning in Los Angeles as members of the USC football team continued their summer workouts on Howard Jones Field.
Like Tuesday, the "Champions' run" on Friday broke the team up by their positions and then led them through a series of stations that featured a variety of workouts. The stations were similar, but there were a few tweaks to give the players a slightly different look than what they saw earlier in the week.
