The University of Nebraska coaching staff has made a concerted effort to make more of a mark in recruiting in the state of Texas this year.

They have assigned more assistant coaches to the Lone Star state and have tendered a score of offers to prospects in every region of the state.

Their hard work is starting to pay off as they received the commitment from Shawn Sullivan, a fast 5-foot-11, 180-pound cornerback who had previously committed to TCU.
