Auburn leads for Tennessee defensive end
Jeffrey Lee
AuburnSports.com Chattanooga, Tenn., Brainerd defensive end Cory Hall hasn't been a popular name in recruiting circles up until this point. However, expect that to change in the coming months.
Hall, a 6-foot-5, 255-pounder with 4.7-speed, claims four offers including ones from Auburn, Tennessee, Marshall and Louisville.
He picked up the one from the Tigers following a one-day camp on the Plains in July.
"Auburn offered me the day after the camp," said Hall. "I called (recruiting) coach Don Dunn and he told me I had a full ride to Auburn. It felt good.
"Tennessee, Marshall and Louisville have also offered. Duke, Illinois, Memphis, UTC and MTSU are recruiting me."
Hall made the trip to Auburn for the Tigers' senior camp where he met with Dunn and defensive ends coach Terry Price.
