Thursday Practice Report (AM)
Keith Rivers practiced with a cast on his right wrist Thursday morning. Although he only had one functional hand, he still got all of his normal reps, both at linebacker and rush end.
"It's probably just sprained pretty bad," Rivers said after the morning workout. "I don't know what's going on right now, but I'm about to go get X-rays."
The club didn't seem to affect his play at all; in fact he even picked up a blocked field goal attempt and took off towards the endzone.
Rivers has been the center of speculation regarding Pete Carroll's switch to a 3-4 defense, moving him from an outside linebacker to a hybrid of that and a defensive end.
