PM Practice Report
The players were in shells (helmets and shoulder pads) so obviously there wasn't the collisions that we saw in the morning but this group of athletes still competed. It was a tougher practice to gage because of the work the team was going through but once again UCLA coach Karl Dorrell was pleased with his team.
For the evening practice the Bruins were focusing on executing each play as well as they could. It wasn't about results and of course in drill like these there could be a tendency not to look sharp. Dorrell told us after practice that there would be good and bad on both sides of the ball.
Dorrell was still pleased with his team's effort because both sides did positive things.
