Aggies' confidence growing

AggieYell.com With a soft non-conference schedule the first four games of Texas A&M's 2006 season were supposed to be massacres where the Aggies gained confidence heading into the Big 12 conference schedule.
After a lackluster 35-3 win over Division I-AA The Citadel, A&M didn't look like a team that should be feared in the Big 12.
That all changed Saturday with a dominating 51-7 win over Louisiana-Lafayette.
Granted that the Cajuns weren't the best team. In fact, there are some Texas high school programs that could give Louisiana-Lafayette problems. But A&M's dominance was exactly what one would expect when a Big 12 team takes on a program from the Sun Belt conference.
