The Terps are looking for a top Class of 2008 guard and two standout prospects from the Mid-Atlantic Region have risen to the top of the board this month.

Ashton Gibbs, the combo guard from New Jersey, has been on Maryland's radar for more than a year and is starting to come more into Maryland's focus.

Gibbs plays for perennial power Seton Hall Prep in West Orange, and he spoke with us last night about a recent visit from Chuck Driesell and where things stands with his recruitment.
