NU Notes: Nunn talks about his costly fumble
This past Saturday's Texas game is one people will never forget.
The game featured two of college football's most historical programs battling it out on the national stage in a cold and snowy Memorial Stadium.
The game also featured several memorable moments, but none more memorable than Nebraska wide receiver Terrence Nunn's fourth quarter fumble that gave Texas the ball back late in the fourth quarter to set up the game's winning field goal.
Tuesday was the first day Nunn spoke to the media about his costly fourth quarter fumble that allowed Texas to win the game.
"I don't want to look at it anymore," Nunn said when asked how many times he's watched the play since Saturday.
"You just got to let the past be the past. It's over and you can't do anything about it now. We've got to look forward to the next game."
Offensive coordinator Jay Norvell came up with an interesting analogy about how a coach handles a situation like Nunn's.
