ISU is right after all for four-star RB
The football recruiting dead period is turning out to be anything but for Iowa State. The Cyclones have landed a four-star prospect from the junior college ranks, one of the top JUCO players in the nation. Before contact between coaches and prospects was cut off for the holidays and bowl season, this standout let ISU's new staff know that he wanted to be a Cyclone.
And the name is a familiar one for Iowa State fans. That's because Torrance (Calif.) El Camino College running back Jamicah Bass (who goes by J.J.) was previously committed to ISU when Dan McCarney and staff were still in place.
