Official visit weekend preview

BuckeyeGrove.com The Buckeyes are holding at 13 verbal commitments, but are hoping that number goes up this weekend as they are set to host several prospects on official visits.
One outstanding player set to make his official visit to Ohio State has already committed to the Bucks, Cincinnati (Ohio) Colerain defensive back Eugene Clifford. There was talk Clifford might reconsider and join his former coach Kerry Coombs at Cincinnati when Combs joined the Bearcats' staff as secondary coach. However Clifford will sign with the Buckeyes on national signing day.
Two other prospects the Buckeyes could add to their 2007 class who will be in Columbus this weekend are Cleveland (Ohio) Glenville linebacker Jermale Hines and Muskegon, Mich., two-way star Ronald Johnson.
