The Tidewater area in Virginia is traditionally one of hte best areas in the country for producing big time athletes. For the most part, the prospects are found on the football field. Every once in a while, a basketball prospect will turn heads and attract the high-majors. Nansemond River guard Andre Jones is doing just that this season.
