Chicago (Ill.) Mount Carmel linebacker Steven Filer is one of the Big Ten region's top prospects. The 6-foot-3, 220-pound Filer has an impressive list of scholarship offers including one from the Buckeyes.

Those offers include Ohio State, Michigan, Notre Dame, Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, Virginia, Purdue, Wisconsin and Minnesota.
