Klein (Texas) High School's J.B. Shugarts has set the time and five schools are eagerly anticipating his decision.

Shugarts, a pre-evaluation Rivals100 member and arguably one of Houston's top recruits in 2008, will be making his college announcement Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. (CST) in his high school's athletic offices.
