Prospects emerging at Music City Classic
NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Heading into the second annual Music City Classic passing tournament things seemed to indicate that with the absence of a couple of power programs like Byrnes (S.C.) and Rock Bridge (Mo.), which played in last year's tournament, would lead to a somewhat down year in terms of talented prospects.
However, if Wednesday's first day action proved anything, it proved that this year's field features a number of Division 1-A prospects for the 2008 class as well as for years to come.
Prospects such as Brentwood Academy's Chris Jordan, Antioch's Michael McAdoo, Pulaski Academy's Cruz Williams, Hazelwood East's DeMarco Paine, and Montgomery Bell Academy's Ben Bartholomew headline the 2008 group and are known commodities on the recruiting landscape.
