Friday a 'moving day' for Mountaineers

WVSports.com MORGANTOWN-- With the rainy Morgantown weather continuing to wreck havoc on WVU coach Rich Rodriguez's best laid plans, the seventh-year coach announced a trio of major personnel moves during Friday's press conference.
For starters, would-be junior wide receiver Jeremy Bruce has decided to transfer.
"He's a good young man who wants to play tailback. He's been a little banged up here and there, but he's a tough kid with two years of eligibility left. We wish him all the success in the world and the best of luck," Rodriguez said.
Rodriguez also announced a major position change for erstwhile offensive lineman Eric Jobe, who had been trying his hand at center. The redshirt freshman has been switched over to nose guard to help ease a lack of depth caused by a string of injuries at that position.
"I watched a little bit of tape of a drill we run with offensive linemen versus defensive linemen, called the W drill, and he showed some pop," Rodriguez explained.
