With the start of his senior season just two weeks away, Carlton Thomas has taken another step towards ending the recruiting process. The 5-foot-6, 159-pound running back from Frostproof, Fla., recently narrowed to five his list of potential college destinations.

His five finalists are Notre Dame, West Virginia, Iowa, Auburn and Georgia.
