Verona (N.J.) inside linebacker Carlo Calabrese has already established himself as one of the top prospects in New Jersey's Class of 2009.

The junior linebacker and his father, also Carlo Calabrese, took the trip down to Happy Valley last weekend to witness Penn State's 59-0 drubbing of Florida International. The elder Calabrese outlined his son's recruitment thus far.

In addition to the Scarlet Knights and Nittany Lions, the 6-foot-2, 220-pound Calabrese is also being courted by some of the top programs on the East Coast.
