Detroit Country Day linebacker Kenny Demens has long been one of the top prospects on the board for Michigan State University and Head Coach mark Dantonio. The Spartans were the first school to offer the hard-hitting prospect and have been in a heated recruiting battle for his services for quote a while. Teams such as Nebraska, Michigan, West Virginia and a host of others eventually followed suit and also offered Demens.

As far as recruiting Demens has been keeping an open mind about things.

It has been reported that Demens family strongly favors Michigan and they want him to commit to the Wolverines. We asked him about that.
