Daniel's feet OU's biggest enemy
When Chase Daniel and the Missouri Tigers hit Norman this weekend, the players in the Oklahoma secondary will be ready.
We're not saying they'll be ready to stop everything Daniel and the Mizzou offense throws their way, we're just saying that the secondary knows what awaits them on Owen Field Saturday night.
Daniel and the high-powered passing attack from Columbia has OU's secondary hyped up already. With a secondary that has already pulled down 10 interceptions this season, they know they'll have even more chances against the pass-happy Tigers.
"Oh yeah," answered Lendy Holmes when asked if the secondary is already more intense in the early practices this week. "It is going to be a big day for us. It's going to be just the same as last year."
Actually, things will be a little different than last year. The Sooner secondary, although formidable at picking off passes, has been revamped from a year ago.
