Youngstown (Ohio) Cardinal Mooney is a hotbed of talent in the class of 2008 and on Monday Michigan was finally able to snag a prospect from that school. Taylor Hill is a 6-2, 205-pound linebacker who came to a decision and decided in favor of the Wolverines earlier this week.

Cardinal Mooney went 13-1 this past season, losing in the state title game. Hill contributed to that season with 90+ tackles from his defensive end spot.
