Throughout the coaching transition that took place at Michigan following the 2007 season, Detroit Country Day linebacker Kenny Demens insisted he would stay true to his word and be a Wolverine. This weekend Demens was in Ann Arbor for his official visit and came away more encouraged about his future.

The trip also gave Demens time to build relationships with the new coaching staff at Michigan and he found them to be everything and more that he liked about the previous regime.
