With one offer already to his credit, Fritz Rock has established himself as one of the top targets in the state of Minnesota. The 6-foot-1, 200-pound athlete is being recruited as a wide receiver and a defensive back, even though he's brand new to one of those positions. He'll visit Notre Dame later this month for the first of two Irish junior day events.
