When the new Duke coaching staff arrived in Durham, David Cutcliffe and company had some ground to make up with not only the 2008 recruiting class, but the 2009 group as well. Though they may be just a few steps behind, the staff is making up ground quickly and closing in on their top targets for next year's class.

On Tuesday, the staff made a move to climb in the picture for Richmond (Va.) Hermitage athlete Theron Norman, as the junior received word in the early afternoon hours that he had received his fourth scholarship offer.
