Though Lee's Summit (Mo.) West High is a relatively new school in the Show Me State, Husker preferred walk-on Matt Holt already has established a record that won't be broken. The 6-foot-1, 210-pound Holt is the Titans' first four-year starter.

In his freshman through junior years, Holt started as a linebacker, and during his senior year when West didn't have a returning running back, Holt stepped right in and became a first-team all-state ball carrier in Missouri's Class 4 categorization.
