Rivals250 receiver talks camp and recruiting
The receivers were the talk of the camp, as they were the most talented and deepest position present in Tuscaloosa on Saturday. One of those players hails from McDonough (Ga.) Henry County, Jamal Patterson, and he had a pretty good day overall.
"I think I did alright today, I think it went real well," Patterson said Saturday after the camp was complete. "It was fun going against the top talent, it is only going to make you get better."
Even thought he has performed well at different camps, he does not plan to sit back not try to improve himself.
"I been working a lot since the off-season, but I am going to keep going hard to get better. I am still lifting weights and conditioning. Our team is working real hard to bring home a state title next year as well."
He is a star on the gridiron, but the 6-foot-3, 190 pound player is also a great track athlete as well.
