Rivals 250 wide receiver Kenny Bell is getting closer to his projected decision time, but the four-star prospect is having trouble seeing the schools high on his list. He had planned to camp at both Nebraska and Michigan this month, but has had to alter those plans.

Michigan offered Bell a scholarship earlier this spring and when they did it immediately resonated with the 6-1, 160-pound wide out.
