New in-state offer for the Hawkeyes

HawkeyeReport.com In what is turning out to be one of the better years for football recruiting in the state of Iowa in recent memory, the Hawkeyes have now extended their fifth scholarship in-state for the class of 2009. The latest recipient was tight end Conor Boffeli of West Des Moines Valley, who received the news earlier today.
The 6-foot-5, 250-pound Boffeli, who also holds an offer from Iowa State, attended Iowa's one-day camp in early June where he played tight end, but said the Hawkeyes likely see him growing into an offensive lineman in college if he decides to head to Iowa City.
Now that Boffeli has offers from both in-state schools in hand, the soon to be senior has a decision to make. Currently, he hopes to decide by the end of the summer.
