WR Barlow breaks down recruitment
KU's quest to land a wide receiver in the class of 2009 is still very much alive. Neal Barlow, the 6-foot-6, 190-pound wide out from Pulaski Academy in Little Rock, Ark., is one prospect that currently has a high amount of interest in the Jayhawks. Barlow spoke to Jayhawk Slant about a variety of topics, including the top three schools on his list and his feelings about Mark Mangino's program.
Arkansas, Kansas, LSU, Missouri, North Carolina and Tulsa are looking for a big-time playmaker in the class of 2009, and have turned their attention to Barlow. The No. 69 ranked wide-receiver in the class hauled in 81 receptions for 1,164 yards and scored 11 touchdowns as a junior.
