UCLA good under the lights
UCLA practiced under the lights on Monday and the energy and intensity was just where you want it to be going into a big game. There is no turning back for the Bruins, simply put, it is do or die.
A win keeps UCLA's postseason hopes alive and it is obvious by the way the team has approached practice the last two weeks that they know what is at stake. UCLA coach Rick Neuheisel though a tad under the weather was still relentlessly positive after practice.
Neuheisel: "It was a great practice tonight. You kind of get a little life when you are under the lights and it is a little bit out of the norm, but I was pleased with the effort and also with the execution so if we can keep on this pace I think we will play our best football game on Friday."
Can you tell us a little about Rahim Moore?
Neuheisel: "Rahim has a little ankle (sprain), but I have been told that it is mild so the expectation is that he will play, not only in the game, but also tomorrow. So hopefully that is the case."
